What browser do I need to access Image Look?
For best results, view Image Look using Microsoft™ Internet Explorer® version 8.0 or higher. If you are using an earlier version of Internet Explorer, you may wish to upgrade to ensure the highest level of security and functionality. Upgrading is free. Just go to the Microsoft website at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads. If you are using Internet Explorer version 9.0 or higher, please be aware that Image Look requires "session merging," meaning the browser continues the existing session in a new tab or window. If your system administrator has disabled this feature, you may loop back to the login page and be required to log in again to continue.

What other software do I need to use Image Look?
Adobe® Reader® software is required to print images and view downloaded batches. It is available free of charge from Adobe's website: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html.

How can I access Image Look from my mobile device or tablet?
While a separate mobile application is not available, Image Look is accessible through your browser at https://imagelook.usbank.com. Since Image Look is not fully certified on browsers other than Internet Explorer, you may experience small differences in screen presentment and flow.

When is Image Look available?
The application is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your images for the current day's processing will be made available throughout the day. If routine maintenance or service is required, it will be performed on Sunday between the hours of Midnight and 6:00 a.m. CT.

What is the average time to retrieve an image from the Internet with Image Look?
Response time depends on your PC speed and connection to the Internet. Faster PC's and high-speed Internet connections provide faster response times. When performing a search for an item, the more specific the criteria, the faster the results will be displayed.

What is the bank's retention time for lockbox images on the Internet?
Images are retained for 90 calendar days, including the day they are imaged. Please contact your Treasury Management Consultant for additional retention periods.

How do I view the backs of my documents?
Image Look gives you control over how images are displayed and printed. Please select the Print / Download Settings option to choose if image backs should be included, as well as where page breaks fall. In addition, back images may also be displayed in the Image Viewer. (As a default in Wholesale Lockbox, blank Remittance and Additional Document backs are not sent to Image Look.)

How can I take a global look at my lockbox activity for the day?
From the left-hand navigation bar, choose the "Batch Recap" link. This page provides you with totals for each of your lockboxes for the date(s) selected. From this page, you may also print the images associated with a selected batch, save those images in a PDF file or drill down into a batch to view specific images.

Can I save copies of images on my PC?
Yes, you may choose to save an individual image to your PC's hard drive by following the instructions in the image Viewer window. More details are provided in the User Guide. In addition, an entire batch of images may be saved in PDF format by selecting the "Download" link from one of the Batch Recap or Batch Detail pages.

What should I know about password security?
Please keep your user credentials and password confidential. You will be required to change your password after logging in to the application for the first time. If you forget your password, you may reset it by using the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page or by contacting your organization's Image Look administrator.

Why did the application automatically log me off?
After fifteen minutes of inactivity, we will terminate your secured session for you. If your session is terminated before you have completed your activity, simply return to the "Login" page and start over. When you have finished your session, be sure to log off by clicking the "Logout" button located within Image Look. It is also a good idea to close your browser after you log out and clear your browser history occasionally to ensure that your information is cleared from your browser's memory.
